Task Forces
Since the establishment of the Meth Free Alliance in July 2005, five task forces continue to cultivate community responses addressing the issues of methamphetamine. It has been the strong belief of the Meth Free Alliance that a community engaged response to the methamphetamine epidemic facing Tucson and Pima County will evoke inevitable change by working together through multiple sectors which includes community leaders, local businesses, both public and private sector organizations as well as the respective members of the community. It has been identified by the Meth Free Alliance that a community knows what’s best for its own well being and being so, the Meth Free Alliance is committed to grassroots solutions as identified by the community for the community. Only together can we become part of the solution.
